Family Support Specialist

As a member of Pelican High Peak Youth Healing Lodge, the Family Support Specialist works within a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to coordinating integrated services to families participating in the residential treatment program. The Family Support Specialist will play an important role in providing support, resources, and guidance to families that are focusing on healing as part of their recovery journey. This position requires a deep understanding of family dynamics, family systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various community agencies to ensure the well-being of families.
